The RefectoCil Duo Lash Lift & Brow Lamination Kit is a must have for lash and brow artists. Featuring the patented pink power perm solution containing keratin and works in just 13 minutes (8+5 min processing time).
Lash lifting is perfect for those who want a natural enhanced lash look or a lower maintenance, less time-consuming alternative to lash extensions. The RefectoCil Lash Lift kit includes reusable silicon lash lift pads in three sizes, meaning each treatment can be fully customised for each individual eye shape.
The RefectoCil Brow Lamination treatment produces a fuller more ‘lifted’ appearance to the brows. Brows appear more voluminous and defined as hairs are given a semi-permanent shape using the pink power perm. Brow Lamination is especially suitable for unruly, stubborn brows as the hairs are softened and stabilised. Gaps in the brows are hidden and hairs can be easily shaped, styled and secured.
Lash Lift and Brow Lamination treatments should be done by a trained therapist or beauty professional. This kit is designed for professional use only.
This dual purpose kit contains:
- 2 x 3.5ml RefectoCil Pink Power Perm Solution
- 2 x 3.5ml RefectoCil Perm Neutraliser
- 1 x 4ml RefectoCil Lash Lift Glue
- 1 x RefectoCil Advanced Lash Lifter Tool with Comb
- 1 pair x Small, Medium and Large Silicon Lash Lift Pads
- 2 x Application Brushes
- 2 x Application Dishes
- Instructions
For best results, lashes and brows should be prepped with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Makeup Remover and RefectoCil Saline Solution.

LASH LIFT
- Conduct client consultation and check for contraindications.
- Using a cotton pad, cleanse brow area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make Up Remover and repeat with RefectoCil Saline Solution.
- Hold bottom lashes down using Eye Care Pads/RefectoCil Silicon Pads.
- Apply Glue to Lifting Pads and using the Lash lift Tool, carefully lift lashes onto the Lifting Pads. Ensure lashes are straight and isolated evenly across pads.
- Secure tips of lashes down with extra Lash Glue.
- Apply Power Perm ¾ of the way up from the base of the lashes.
- Allow Step 1 Power Perm to process for 8 minutes then remove Power Perm using a dry cotton tip.
- Dispense a pea-sized amount of Step 2 Neutraliser into RefectoCil Dish. Apply Step 2 Neutralizer ¾ of the way up from the base of the lashes.
- Allow Step 2 Neutraliser to process for 5 minutes then remove with a damp cotton pad.
- Remove Lifting Pads
Tip: Tint lashes* with RefectoCil Tint and Oxidant and style with RefectoCil Styling Gel.
*Reduce processing times to 2-3 minutes after Lash Lift.
BROW LAMINATION
- Conduct client consultation and check for contraindications.
- Using a cotton pad, cleanse brow area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make Up Remover and repeat with RefectoCil Saline Solution.
- Using a spoolie or brow brush, comb brow hairs into place.
- Dispense a pea-sized amount of Step 1 Power Perm into RefectoCil Dish. Using RefectoCil Application Brush, evenly apply Power Perm to the brow hairs (avoiding any skin around the eyebrows). Using the spoolie/brow brush, comb brows into desired shape.
- Allow Step 1 Power Perm to process for 8 minutes then remove Power Perm using a dry cotton tip.
- Dispense a pea-sized amount of Step 2 Neutraliser into RefectoCil Dish. Evenly apply Neutraliser and comb brows into desired shape.
- Allow Step 2 Neutraliser to process for 5 minutes then remove with a damp cotton pad.
