Start your creative lash and brow journey with RefectoCil. Discover and enjoy a variety of tint shades including Natural Brown (number 1 selling tint in the world) as well as all accessory products necessary for tinting, lash lift, brow lamination, styling and after care.
Blonde Brow is a bleaching paste and can lighten eyebrows by up to 3 shades. It must be mixed with Refectocil Cream Oxidant and cannot be blended with other RefectoCil tint sades. It is suitable for use on eyebrows only.

STEP 1: Preparation
- Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free and dry.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
- Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops Oxidant 3% cream. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream.
- Afterwards apply to the eyebrows.
STEP 3: Application time
- Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect: 5-20 minutes
- 5 minutes: one shade lighter
- 12 minutes: two shades lighter
- 20 minutes: three shades lighter
STEP 4: Ready!
- Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
There is a small number of individuals who show an allergic reaction to hair colours. In very rare cases this reaction may be severe. In order to reduce the risk of an allergic reaction it is important to carry out a skin sensitivity test.
This skin sensitivity test must be carried out 48-72 hours before each application to ascertain if there is an allergy or sensitivity against the product or if such has emerged since the last application.
Instructions:
Mix 1 cm of RefectoCil® Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint with 5 drops of Oxidant liquid (or Mix 1:1 with RefectoCil® Oxidant cream).
Apply a small amount to a small area on the inner bend of the elbow or behind the ear. Allow to dry and leave uncovered for 48-72 hours, then clean thoroughly. If any irritation occurs during this time do not carry out the treatment.
